Whenever I try downloading apps on my window phone it will bring an icon and tell me to put my hotmail account password which I dnt have.and it those not ask from me before what can I do.

That's your primary microsoft account, the one you used for activating your phone first time, you must use them

if you've forgot your hotmail account password, go to a pc browser and try to recover the password for that account
