DP 8.1 & Denim update GDR1

The rollout of the denim update for my 1020 will come in the next days before Christmas and I am on Dp 8.1 Is it possible to update this time directly from the Developer preview version to Denim or I need to reinstall 8.1 from a Windows PC again?

We haven't heard one way or the other yet. I'm sure if there are issue we'll hear about it.
