Dropped my phone now touch screen is non responsive

As the title says. The screen is NOT cracked and the phone appears to be fine otherwise, but the screen doesnt do anything when I touch it. NEED HELP!!!

Do I need a new screen? Can I fix this on my own? Do I need to take this in for repair?

No warranty of any kind on this phone- bought second hand.

Yes you need a new LCD screen. No I would not recommend attempting to fix yourself. Check your local computer guy. He should know somebody
