Dual download?

Last night I was sitting watching TV and my Lumia 640 XL popped up and said there were updates to be installed.

So I plugged it in and it downloaded and installed 536.1004.

Only thing is, I had already downloaded and installed that.

What's going on?

Yup, that's it, it's a config, you should have seen that, i think Dan wrote something about that.
