Easy way to WP8.1 dev preview

For those with their Huawei W1 battery stuck at 50% while showing green light, flash the Russian ROM and install the US ROM. You should still be able to update to 8.1

The way to get the phone to see the SD card is to plug in the charger, then remove the battery (keeping the charger plugged in) slide the SD card out a tiny bit, then push back in and now the phone will see the SD card! It's only a work around until the official 8.1.
