Edge Browser in Anniversary Update extremely slo

Since updating yesterday via Windows Update to the anniversary update, Edge browser is basically unusable as it is painfully slow. I'm running this on a Surface Pro 3, i5 with 256gb of storage.

Prior to the update, Edge was ok. After, I cannot even browse the Windows Central site because it is so slow. Seems like Microsoft sites are ok, but other sites are painfully slow.

Anyone seeing the same?

Really? I got that anniversary update yesterday too, and the browser is much faster than before. Try to run an app called adwarecleaner. Make sure you download it from bleeping computer.com
