Good day,

I have had this problem for a while with all windows phones I've used. 920, 1020, 520 and now I'm using a BLU Win Hd.

I have a google apps for business account set up for my email.

Majority of the times when I get an email it says "downloading..... ", then download incomplete. I get the entire body of the email but the email addresses are not there.

Eg. If I send an email to tom and CC five other people, when tom replies (reply all) and it says download incomplete, the only email address I see is mine. So I can't reply all, because the other email addresses aren't there. If I hit reply all, the email is only being sent to tom.

It makes it impossible to communicate via email on my phone and I need to wait till I'm back at my laptop to reply all.

It happens on wifi and cellular data.

Any suggestions?

Have you got the option to download full messages turned on in the Settings?

Google are playing more and more silly tricks to break Windows Phone, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is an issue at Google's end.

Yes, I have the option and it is on.

This is because of the business mail. It happens because of Google. You chose the wrong platform for mail since you are using windows phone. Sorry about your issue, but you can't fix it.

I think I found the fix for this.

Previously I had my email set up manually thru the advanced settings. the account is a google apps for business account. I had it set up using m.google.com for the server. This stopped working so I deleted the email account and was not able to set it back up with these settings. so When I went to add an account, I selected "google" and set it up that way.

Since then, it seems to download everything just fine :)
