Email is not deleting on server after black update

I updated my L920 to Black the other day and now my when I delete my email on my phone it stays on the server. I looked around the settings but the format has changed since the last time I did it. Anybody know how to delete an email off server and phone simultaneously? Thanks for your responses.

I don't believe that anything was supposed to have changed in this area. By default, Windows Phone doesn't sync on each delete (possibly since users often delete a bunch of messages in rapid succession). After deleting some messages, tap the Sync button and check to see if they messages are also deleted on the server. Note that you don't need to manually sync, Windows Phone will do it by itself within a few minutes.
