email lag when adding contact on surface 2

I've had this problem for a long time, and it's getting to the point where I honestly cannot stand it anymore. But if I'm in the browser and I choose to share a page with someone that I don't email often (a name that doesn't pop up as a suggested quick share) adding a name (typing in Matt) for example will take 30 seconds before it actually pulls down that persons email address for the contact field. Has anyone had that problem at all?
