Everytime, i need to hard reset to delete above memory data.

Anyother method to delete this memory ?

Well, you're probably syncing stuff from the dawn of time. Change your sync settings to one week, maybe two.

Hop on a computer and clean up your emails. Get rid of all the old ones you don't need. Sort your emails by size and delete the large ones with big attachments. Don't forget to empty your deleted emails folder once you are done.

Seriously, just change the sync settings. Even though we should all do some serious clean up, it's a pain in the ****.
