Email Works On Mail App but not on outlook 2013

Hi Guys
I'm using my Surface RT to do my daily work, since I'm a software business tester I am very happy to have the Excel + Word and Outlook 2013 but unfortunately I can't configure my work email address on outlook 2013

My Work email which is an exchange based email is configurable on the Windows 8 Mail Application

But when I'm trying to configure it on the Outlook 2013 application it doesn't work

Are there any tricks that can help me configure the email on outlook 2013?

Set up your Office 365 or other Exchange-based email in Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 - support - Office.com

I tried all the solutions mentioned non of them worked...

But I found the way and its working perfectly fine now, it turns out they have a special server address for outlook2013 that they are not sharing with us by doing some pinging and tracing I could retrieve the IP and used the IP instead of the URL, now its working perfectly fine
