Emails and responding to ISP email account emails

Got this issue replying to emails from my broadband supplier email account. I can set up my Lumia 520 so that I can reply when I'm in the house and connected to wi-fi, and I can set it up so that I can reply when I'm out and about using the phone data, but I can't seem to get both. On the iPhone there was an option to provide alternate outgoing servers. It would try one and if that failed try the other. Is that possible with Windows phone?

I guess what I need is some open outgoing smtp server that I can use regardless.

What email provider are you using?

I'm on talktalk. (I see they're having problems with their email anyway at the moment) What way should the email be setup so that I can reply to talktalk emails wherever I am.
