Enable Root Access on some Nokia's for Custom ROM's

For those who are interested you can now unlock, root and play with some of the older Nokia's. Looks like Heathcliff74 is back and has knocked this one out of the park for us.

He means less-old ATT Windows Phones. Android phones are as they were.
