Endless loop on lumia 520 while upgrading to win 10

Upgrading to win10 my lumia 520 got stuck to those gears so i use NSU and installed 8.1 again. So now is it safe to update my phone.

Man, your phone kind of growed up from the title to the actual story. But if you have a 1520, I wouldn't bother with upgrading it to Win 10 Mobile, especially if it is your daily driver. Too much of it will not work after the install. I think 8.1 is as far as MS intended for the 1520 sad to say.

Thnx for advice but i want to know that if i update my phone will it again stuck on those gears or now it will work well...and also its lumia 520 not 1520

Nobody can say for definite. Some users on this forum seem to experience it a lot, whereas others haven't. There's meant to be a new build coming out next week sometime, so Imo I would wait for that.
