Are you using headphones? Equalizer does not work with just the device speaker.

Far as I know it won't work with headphones either !

This is the 520 section, no ? L520 doesn't have eq...

There is no bug, it's simply not available for the Lumia 520.

There is no bug because the Lumia 520 simply does not have an equalizer.
