Error 0x80240024

I tried to install windowscentral for windows 10 mobile today and i got an error. It tried installing other apps anf got the same error. Any fix with this store issue?
 
same here... I was actually getting a different error last night, and have been in the process of restoring the phone and reinstalling everything again (no wifi at work). now I have a few apps left and I'm getting this error.
 
Same, I'm guessing it's something to do with the servers since it hasn't happened to me all day (until this last hour it stopped working)
 
Restoring back to 8.1 then going back to preview builds wont work. Did it on the 640 and after doing the process of windowsinsider then phone updates, there were no updates found. Now it is stuck with 8.1. I havent tried doing it on my 930 just yet. Any luck on other handsets?
 
I was on insider preview and one app wasn't working properly... did a reset and now the store is giving me this error. I did a restore from back up and same thing :( please help
 
I had this after restoring my 950xl. Nothing, not even the here apps! Left my phone for an hour or so, whilst I put kids to bed, received the 107 update along with the new firmware and it all came back. I guess, reading the above posts, that it was probably just a coincidence:-D
 
I was getting the same issue and rebooted a couple times.

Ultimately it resolved itself. Just wait a bit.
 
I got this error after trying to re-install Survivalcraft for the update, since it wouldnt update, then I get this error. 0x800706D9 Any solutions with me sticking with Windows 10 and fixing?
 
I've been experiencing this problem with the Skype app. Can't update it for 2 months due to the issue, so I finally uninstalled it to reinstall, and now it won't install at all. I no longer have Skype. Even did a hard reset with no restore and started fresh, Skype is still the only app that is giving me problems. ?!?

According to a Microsoft Support Page with Error Code listings, the following is the issue:
0x80240024 WU_E_NO_UPDATE There are no updates.

So the store had originally identified an update, then states there is no update. I uninstalled the app, thinking that would get rid of the issue since it would be looking to install what is there, but it is still giving an error with "no update". Something about the cache somewhere is borked. I've done soft reset numerous times per day to no avail. I really, really don't want to do a hard reset here. Hopefully Microsoft will fix the issue soon. Better yet, they need to release the Skype UWP for Mobile already. Using it on my Laptop, want it on the phone.
 
I had the same issue with Skype too.
The current app is a 'skype preview' app. Doesn't work at all. Doesn't install at all.

I read somewhere on this site that there's a skype app beta in the works linking from xda developers site. I can't seem to find the link to that skype app. I'd like to try that if I can find it.
