Error 0x803F8001 downloading store updates

I get error 0x803F8001 when trying to download 3 specific updates from the store, all other updates work fine. They are GameHub, Touch and Nokia Account.

I even did a hard reset and didn't restore, started from fresh and the errors on these apps remain.

Anyway to fix this?

So no one knows how to fix this issue not even Microsoft employees on their support website. Shame on them

it's a beta and you accepted the terms. Plus why would you open a new thread when there are plenty open about this already SMH
