Error 80070057 or 800c0008

Im getting error code 800c0008 when i tried to install new app from store. I cant sign in with microsoft. After it shows, THIS ERROR CODE MAY BE HELPFUL:80070057. But i can use the app already installed in phones(new Phone). Im using Nokia lumia 730.

It is obviously a sync error and since you can't sign into your Microsoft Account, you won;t get anywhere until that is cleared up.

Date and Time are correct? Remove restrictions in Data Sense? Soft Reset?
