Hello everybody,
I have a problem when I try to download an app in the store. Every time I try to download the app, I get the error: 80070724. It can't be the date and time because I checked it and it was ok. Can someone please help me?

If you search the Web, there are various instances of this question being asked. One solution notes to soft reset (actually says RESET) your device,
BUT, before that ... are you signed in to your Microsoft account ?

I would try a soft reset, after verifying you're logged in to your Microsoft account. Ultimately, this mayinvolve a hard reset, but that would be the last resort.
