error 801881e1 when checking for updates

I am continuously getting "we are currently unable to check for updates(801881e1)" when i check for updates on my WP. Plz help!

The store was down previously.. These codes are usually for bad connection.. i'll check in a bit and report back

BTW are you using WIFI or cellular data?? Use WIFI and check if this persists report back

Store was down for me too yesterday & working properly now, but when i check for phone updates i get this error. Is this error for WiFi or i can update to 8.1 via 3g also ?

The best way to update the phone is via Wifi mate Find a strong one and get to updating

i am using wifi connection but still its showing same code please help...
PS- after signing in preview for developers my phones is updated two times but still it shows version 8.0...
nd for third time i was checkin for update it is showing this code

buddy... me too facing the same issue, Im currently in Cyan update.
actually i was on latest update for preview then i installed cyan and it is now on wp 8.1 not even update 1 :/
even after using wifi connection it is showing that same error... after cyan update i again signed in to preview app and checked for update and from then till today its showing me that error... couldnt find any fix
