Error code 0xc0000034 while installing build 10166.

Hi,
I was trying to install build 10166 on my lumia 640, after rebooting I got the below screen:


and phone goes in bootloop.:unhappy:

- I have tried reverting back to win 8.1 using recovery tool but recovery tool is not able to detected phone.

- Thanks in advance.
