error code 80048853

on my main home screen i have a symbols saying 18 updates available, when i click it and follow the instrctions it comes back saying there is a error and gives me this code 80048853 i havent got clue what this means help pls???

Are you using WiFi or mobile network? If you're using mobile network, try using WiFi (or vice-versa).

If it does not work on WiFi or mobile network, the store might be down temporarily. If that's the case, I'd suggest trying again in a few hours.

I'm getting this error code 80048853. The shop icon on my phone says I have 20 updates. But I can't get them because of the Error code. I have search the web and there is not much about this code and i have tried all the advice given can't seem to get around it. Help Please.
