Error code: 80070490,no sound.

Hey guys,i have a problem with my Lumia 620.When i wanna listen song or watch some video i can see a message: Sorry,we cant play this file on your phone Error code: 80070490.There is no any ANY sound on the device not even on even on headphones.If someone could help my i would be very grateful!

It's usually easier to help if you provide more information. Did you install WP8.1? Is this a new phone, or is this an old phone that just suddenly started malfunctioning? Can you hear the ringer, or nothing at all?

Anyway, I did a search for that error code on this site and the general consensus is to first try a hard reset. If that doesn't help, then you'll probably have to send your device in for repair.

Hey,it is not a new phone,when i wanna update my lumia,there is wrriten "Your phone is up to date.Last cheked...ago." When i wanna instal 8.1 it says that my version is 8.0.10322.71 and that i need to update it.But i cant.I dont have ANY sound at all.I have done hard reset and it is same.Is there anythin i can do?
