Error code 80072f78 when trying to download apps?

hi,
when I try to download stuff from the windows store, I always get the error code '8007278.' My time and date are set to automatic. Has anyone else had this problem, and how do you solve it? I have resorted to using my mobile network to download things, as opposed to my wifi.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
