Error in connection to Wifi with proxy

I connected my phone to a wifi network which accesses the internet through a proxy. Even though i have internet access through this network on my phone (as you can see the notifications), my windows phone shows it as though the network doesn't have internet access. This problem arised since i updated it to GDR1 of WP 8.1. it worked fine in WP 8 and WP 8.1. Any body with the same problem?

i got the same error but u will be getting a very weak wifi signal and it connects to internet after a while but the connection speed is very slow

even i am facing the same problem....but internet is accessible(i mean ie and facebook etc are working).it shows NO INTERNET in action center,NO INTERNET ACCESS in wifi settings,and wifi icon isn't diplayed at the top.
