Hey everyone,

Really need help on this front, as i'm not aware of these solutions when it comes to WIndows 10 on phones (although know the fix for PC).

Before we start, I have a Windows Phone Lumia 950XL Unlocked, with both Sim cards in use (the main one being the one with Cellular data) and Wi-Fi works perfectly. I can access all sorts of apps, stream, use Edge to browse pages on both Wi-Fi and Cellular data, but everything linked to my main Microsoft account is not working.

My phone won't sync my main Microsoft account (the default one) giving numerous error codes including 0x85050041 in People's Hub and Outlook, 0x80004005 on Windows Store, 0xc00d11cd (0x8000ffff) on Groove Music, OneDrive telling me I need to connect to Wi-Fi or Cellular Data and so on.

Obviously, because this is the main email for this phone, I can't just remove it and reset it, so can anyone help, or has a work around this? I'm really not considering reseting the phone unless it's the last resort.

Thank you

Go to outlook mail, sign out and sign back in. That has worked for others with syncing issues

It wouldn't even allow me to sign out and sign in again...

If you have easy access to wifi and/or a pc, then hard reset should be one of your options

backup everything and then reset

However, wait for others to comment. I don't have a lumia 950 and I've not experienced this issue so I don't know all the solutions
