Every thing is going wrong with my Nokia Lumia 730

I bought this phone in November while travelling. It worked great at first but now the following problems have all become frequent/constant:
. Not always working with Wifi networks
. Youtube videos won't play; a message saying invalid source pops up instead.
. Facebook and camera applications instantly closing themselves
.Phone not registering when plugged into computer so I cant get files (its a Mac..?)

First smart phone and generally I'm not good with technology so would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

I would suggest you Hard Reset your phone (power + volume up). But first (when you are able to) transfer all your media file on your Mac. Also in settings Backup your phone, it wall save your settings, app and messages
