Stumbled upon this tonight while surfing the Store looking for apps. Installed it and within two minutes had $25 on my MS account. Not sure what all devices it works with, but I have an Icon that I purchased March/April time frame.

Tried it a while back. Can't remember why it didn't work, think it was due to Microsoft/Nokia's continued belief that they only need to do stuff for the US.
