Exchange syncronisation stopped working

I have the HTC Radar.

It was syncing fine with Exchange 2003 and then one day it stopped.

All I get now is the 80072EE2 error which means 'timeout' - i.e. it has tried to sync but because it isn't working it has run out of time and given up.

I have tried:

1. Resetting phone to factory defaults
2. Changing the username of my account on the server
3. Backing up the mailbox to PST, deleting the mailbox, recreating
4. Syncing with a different mailbox
5. Restarting the server
6. OWA works fine, I can open my mailbox using Outlook Web Access
7. Changing my password

Does anyone have any other ideas. I know you can turn on logging but I've no idea how or where to read the logs.
