Extended battery life after Update?!?!?!

Has anyone else noticed that since the recent update on Tuesday that their battery life has increased?
Yesterday my Pro 3 (i5 265gb) lasted for 10hrs, I usually get about 6hrs battery life if I'm lucky; this was comprised of: note taking, reading documents (word, excel, pdf), internet browsing and using Facebook and YouTube.

Has anyone else noticed this? Or could the prolonged battery life be due to another reason?

I noticed the same thing too! I have about the same kind of usage as you, and since the update I haven't been lugging around my charger from living room and other areas of the house. At first I thought I was going crazy! I normally don't notice very slight improvements in battery life from updates that say "battery life improved", but this one is CLEARLY noticeable.
