Mine was purchased when pre orders just opened up, and received Nov. 25th.

If so, it just shows that WC can be wrong or worded so people can jump to a wrong conclusion. The Microsoft page for Complete in the US clearly says the date you bought Complete determines the deductibles and number of claims. Maybe WC assumed people would buy Complete the same day they bought their phone.

Anyone get the extended warranty for the L950XL?
I'm considering it as I dont want to add a case, which is kinda lame ...

However, I cant seem to find the MS Complete for the phone.

Microsoft just replaced my 950xl after 10 months,I cant find an otter box for it
