External Speaker does not work

Hi Folks,

I have a Omnia 7 and the sound of the external speaker stopped to work!! The cell phone did not fall or hit... simply stop!!!
When I do the sound diagnosis, the speaker works!! Strange!

OS: Windows Phone 7.5
OS version: 7.10.7712.60
Firmware: 2424.11.2.3
Hardware: 3.15.0.4

Did anyone can help me or have a tip?

I am afraid that your loudspeaker is dead. Mine died too, simply stopped working... It is fairly easy to replace it. If you have warranty than you go to service center. If you don't have warranty , you can buy module and replace it yourself. There is no need to any special tools, just one smaller screwdriver. Speaker and SIM card is on the same module, and it looks like this

Have you checked in setting top make sure that you havent accidentally enabled TTY/TTD services this would kill you speaker and might still allow it to work in test mode!
