It happen to me earlier this week when trying to do the update. Looks like it stalled during the installation of the update and I had to reboot the phone. I've been holding out on having to do a hard-reset in case Nokia comes up with a solution

I'm doing the same thing too. It seems as though not many people have this problem. We're unlucky. It's quite annoying to have to do a hard reset for the device.
