Extras grayed out

Just did the upgrade to 10549 on my Icon. I did a hard reset and started to update the stock apps and let it go. Seemed all good until I saw the Extras settings grayed out, but some will open if you touch them.

Is this a bug in this latest build? I just want to get rid of the vibration on home buttons but the touch setting wont open.


EDIT.....not really grayed out.....when I did a hard reset.....for some reason it picked gray color for system settings. Now that I have changed the accent color....Extras are not grayed out....just some don't open......and Touch still will not open at all.

Reinstalled the Insider app and it updated again......looks like that fixed it.
