Extras+Info app can't be opened - calls + sms blocked (Lumia 930)

Hi guys, since the critical update i cannot make any sms or calls! It tells me there could be an update to the app in the store, when i go to the store, there is nothing. I cannot force install the extras+info app. Am i going to have to factory reset my phone? I haven't found any way of manually installing this app, it just won't let me. Nokia Care Suite doesn't work with the Lumia 930, nor does placing the XAP file on my phone

Set date to 2150 and then try accessing it. It'll ask if you want to uninstall. Tap uninstall and then set the date back to 2014. Download SysApp Pusher from the Store and download

I noticed this with some of other apps. Let it be there for sometime and it will settle with some part of update. For my after an hour everything was good, I saw few apps updated during this period.

Thank you so much for this, worked a treat. However this was not my problem i just found out. I still cannot make any calls or text yet i can receive them.
I think i will have to factory reset, what a disaster. This was a critical update in more ways than one.
