extreme music problem

i have four playlist an i tried to upload them when i do nothing shows up i tried converting the playlist an same problem i did use windows media player was a fail as well can some one please help on this problem

I used the WP desktop software to sync my old zune playlist to my phone. Sometimes I think MS should have updated and rebranded the old zune desktop software would have made things easier on all of us.

Some us can't get any music on our phones. That's "extreme."
