Who should I contact or give feedback to get an update for the terrible Facebook app we have? Can't Microsoft her recent tool and bring us the iOS or Android app and some how make it a WP app with the hole integration and sh?t?

The "talk" is that a facebook universal app will come with windows 10

However, to answer your question, when you go into settings of the facebook app, you should see a "feedback" button

I didn't know that was available on iOS. Very useful when I was on Android. How about sending/receiving GIFs? All I see is a still image when I receive one...

Yeah it was even available on my old iPod touch a couple years old now. Not sure about the GIF situation though as I've never sent/received one.

we can find quite a lot of quality apps for Youtube? how come no one invested in doing a proper Facebook app?

Yes windows phone apps are half baked but Windows 10 mobile should fix that
