It is Facebook lead me to download the app, I checked my Facebook n Edge browser as usual, and it pop up "Facebook for windows 10" on my timeline , so I guess I was chosen by them.

I've had it for a couple months...

One day, logged in, had a notification on Facebook of the Beta invite... Downloaded and installed on all my Windows 10 desktop device... Works great! Although haven't used it much except when I'm on my laptop or Surface Pro...

Lucky! I wish I was part of the beta program.
I use Facebook.com all the time on my desktop PC, but I've never received this invite

How does one find "old" invites on FB? Maybe I was invited to join and I missed it. I want to be part of the beta.

I just logged in and saw the notification. Not sure if you can see the message if are on a phone though...

using your PC /tablet runing windows 10, and open facebook on EDGE, so facebook will know you are using windows10. I guess that is how most of people get invited.

But for me, since all my devices are Win 10, including my Surface pro, pro3, Asus tablet, desktop, and couples of lumia , so facebook thinks me as best candidate to test their new app.

I'm running a Win phone, Surface 3 and desktop - all three on Windows 10. Been on Windows 10 for a while. I normally (or at least lately) been using Edge a lot more. Still no invite. Its not big deal since I normally go to FB on a browser anyways. I just felt left out.

Yesterday I received the notification, and downloaded the beta in m tablet (Lenovo). Thanks for the link, now I've donwloaded it in my pc. It looks good, the first time took too much time to start. Seems to be better than the win8 app.

Downloaded before I saw that it was a closed Beta. Pretty big for a Win10 app: 86 MB.

You need to get an invite in order to download the app.
