facebook chat not getting connected

Hi all.. My people hub is working fine ..gettingupdates from Facebook..but cant connect to chat... Can access chat from Facebook app.. But not from messaging... Any possible solutions..

1)Navigate to Settings.
2)Swipe Right for Application Settings.
3)Head to Messaging
4)Turn on Use Facebook Chat.

Done that but its showing cant connect to chat.
.but chat is available from Facebook app...

Firstly add your mobile number to Facebook.
Secondly re-sync facebook on your WP.

done that ..not working...
sometimes its shows noone is online..when i can chat in facebook app
