Facebook: Synching contacts, synching calendar

Nearly every time I open the Facebook app (non-beta), it synchs the calendar and contacts all over again. Screen shot is attached. What gives?

On a Lumia 650 running the current non-insider, non-preview W10 Mobile build.

Same problem with me. on Lumia 1320. insider release preview ring. build 10586.242

Same here on 735. Running Win10M, but this is still the Microsoft version of the app, NOT FB's Official Win10 app.

Seems like a data hog to me...
