Factory explosion could lead to console shortages

One of the main producers of GDDR5 just went up in flame. No word on if Sony relied on them for PS4 components. If so, this could lead to major shortages. Same with MS and GDDR3.

Its an Nvidia supplier so doubtful it will affect sony directly as they are using AMD but it will cause shortages and push up the prices for the AMD ram as well

Kidding aside, this is very bad news not only for Sony, but the people who plan on building high-end gaming rigs. And, the people who buy high-end computers. Hoping this us all sorted out quickly.

Nah, maybe that someone just spilled a ton of the stuff, and tried to put it out with sand, bricks, rocks, asbestos, test engineers and it still kept burning.
Oh well, it'll stop eventually
