Factory reset going for over 1 hour already

so i did factory reset. and the spinning things is going for 1hour + already, what do i do??

Shouldn't be that long but the other user was right. If you want to be sure do the hardware button combination.

i've did the Volume up
Volume down
Power
Volume down
combination and now it shows that i need to charge my phone

I think your best option is to wait. Don't let it die, charge your phone (in some forums they say Let it die). When I did first hard reset it took me about an hour. I did multiple hard and soft resets))

Do not let the battery die. There's a high risk the software might get corrupt. A hard reset should only take about 1.5hrs with the spinning gears. After that, the data migration can depend based on the data on your phone. If the gears are turning for over 1.5 hrs I would suggest you take the phone to your nearest Nokia Care Center.

As far as I know, it never takes that long. Wait for other suggestions.
