Factory reset my phone... now I'm stuck in demo mode!

I've been using cell phones for 15 years and this is the first time this has ever happened to me!

I can't even reset my phone to factory settings because the option for that is gone! Instead there's an option to "update demo content".

I can't even turn my phone off because as soon as I power it off, it starts back up in demo mode again!!!
