Factory resetting Lumia 930.

I tried to reset my lumia 930, however all factory reset only reset it to windows mobile 10 ver. - 10.0.10586.107

I thought factory reset will reset the phone back to its factory settings, ie windows mobile 8/8.1????

Anyhow reason I want to reset is I have a problem finding wifi 5Ghz band with my lumia 930 and I read there's problem with windows mobile 10 wifi???

No, reset from the Settings is a hard reset based on the current version. It's not technically a "factory reset", i.e., as it shipped. Try the WDRT but I'm not sure if you'll have an option for 8.1 as 10 is now officially the latest version for the 930.
