Ok I installed this update on my SP4, everything went smooth, it only took quite a while to prepare the updates (before restart). No major problems, all my apps are still here, Iris scanner got way faster and better for me, but I seem to be having another weird issue:

About 50% of the time, the apps wont open. They just freeze so I have to close them, and open again. Happens with all the Store apps. Sometimes they minimize in the upper left corner, into a small white square, without the - [] X buttons. It is a very strange thing indeed. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any workarounds?

Regards

So far, my only issue has been with Panda Free antivirus in two machines running Win10. After fall update, Windows Defender alerted me that Firewall was handled by Panda and it was off. Of course, the free Panda antivirus doesn't have a firewall feature and it was previously handled by Windows Defender. It wouldn't let me switch.

To be honest, I didn't try to uninstall/reinstall Panda. I just switched to Free Bitdefender and everything seems to be working fine, Windows Defender is working as Firewall while Bitdefender is handling the AV.
Can confirm this issue. Occurred on two systems.

Re: Install dates getting reset.
Going to upgrade one of the three systems which had this issue (all rolled back) with the Media Creation Tool to see if the outcome is different.

At first I thought only software that is installed on secondary drives gets affected, but I also observed this bug on a notebook with only one SSD and no other hard drives. The install date of a bunch of software gets reset to the date of the upgrade.

Edit: Same result with the Media Creation Tool. (Obviously)

Perhaps by January 2018 - which is when I will get around to installing this - all of these issues will be fixed. If not, I will just delete Windows 10 and use the space for Important Things. I'm tired of beta testing this turkey.
