Fallout 4 Pip-Boy app - Any way to get it on a Windows 10 tablet?

I'm enjoying Fallout 4 tremendously and find the Pip-Boy app to be useful on my phone, but it would be FAAAR more useful on my tablet, but since its running full Windows 10 its not available in the store. Been trying with Bluestacks, which I've been using for Fallout Shelter, but it won't connect, and the demo mode is a bit laggy so I'm not really interested in going the emulator way.

Does anyone know of a reghack or anything to be able to install it? Kinda regret that I got a Windows tablet cause a lot of the companion apps are unavailable since they only run on mobile...
