FAQ: Games live tiles not updating

I noticed my Games live tiles isn't updating. I play Alphajax and I usually have my toast notifications linked to it, not I don't see it updating. Things that I tried:

• Pin/unpin/repin Games tiles on home screen
• Pin/unpin/repin Games on lock screen
• Delete history on Internet Explorer
• Power on/off
• Soft reset
• On/off sync with xbox

When did this start or when did you first notice it?

I just noticed it last week. I just recently updated to Lumia black a few weeks ago.

I figured it out. I turned on the background tasks on Xbox live games that were listed on the background tasks list under settings...
