Hello there! My name is Ben and I'm the product manager for Family Farm Seaside, a popular free-to-play farming mobile game. We have had over 50 million players enjoying the game on both iOS and Android platforms. Now we are working really hard to bring the game to Windows Phone devices soon. The Windows Phone version is now ready for beta and I'd like to invite our friends at WP Central to be the first ones to try out the game, while helping us make the game better (because you guys have much fresher eyes than us who've been staring at the game nonstop!).

Who you are:

• Have good command of English
• Enjoys gaming on your WP device! Even better if you are a farming game fan

your terms and conditions looks a bit too long bro, i read it but can you confirm this.

1)Im not allowed to use any part of the game UI or the way it is created for my own gain.
2)must be private about it
3)must give you a months notice if i want to quit?
4)if i breach this terms and condition you'll sue me????????
the game looks fun but just need you to brief the T&C a bit

Hi Kingenu - Thanks for you interest. Sorry that the NDA is a bit long - our legal department required it to be there. It is a standard NDA though--basically what it says is that you agree to keep everything you see in the beta strictly confidential. RE: the one month thing. It means that if you would like to terminate the agreement (note: NOT the beta), you would have to give us 1 month of advance notice, and the NDA would continue to be in effect for an additional year after the termination. Hope this helps you =)
