Fast ring build stuck at "downloading"

hi guys,

im on build 14926 on fast ring on the SP3, I know there is a new build to download but my pc doesn't download it even though it says "downloading"


UPDATE: I fixed it somehow

It was very, very slow for me but I left it alone and it downloaded fine after a while.
