is there any file manager for windows 8 phone like those in android?can i explore my sd card and phone memory?

with Pocket File Manager, u can explore complete SD CArd, but not the phone memory.
WP 8 gives a very high thought for sustainability and non-hacking, thus Local Memory (System area) is completely locked. u can access local memory data (i.e. photos, songs, videos, other files, etc.)
